This is a document issued by a qualified electrician who, after inspecting the equipment, provides the electrical characteristics of the home and certifies that they comply with current regulations. This document is also known by other names:

  • Boletín Eléctrico
  • Certificado Instalación de Baja Tensión

In addition to the characteristics of the home, this document indicates the installed power, the maximum permissible power, and guarantees the quality of the installation. After the inspection, two copies are issued, one of which is stamped.

  • If the owner of the electrical installation changes and the installation is more than 20 years old
  • If the electricity supplier changes and the installation is more than 20 years old
  • If modifications are made to the installation or its capacity is increased by more than 50%
  • If a new meter is registered (newly built home)
  • If requested by the electricity supplier, who keeps a record of all equipment connected to its network. This may be requested in order to comply with current regulations.

After the technician has carried out the inspection and if the result is satisfactory, we will start the administrative procedure and deliver the certificate within 2-4 days.

The inspection takes less than 20 minutes.
